A large character house with beautiful harbour views, the upstairs area has 3 bedrooms, 1 ensuite bathroom and 1 main bathroom. A sunroom with wonderful harbour views.
Downstairs very large lounge/dining and kitchen area and office. The house is located on the Otago Peninsula with harbour views and across the road from a small beach.Close to Royal Albatross and Yellow Eyed Penguin Colonies.
A 20 minute drive from Dunedin City.
Exchange wanted mid May to miid August 2012 with The Netherlands. Hi speed internet access required.

Quartiere

Located on the Otago Peninsula, a 20 minute drive from Dunedin City centre and halfway on the Peninsula to the Royal Albatross and Yellow Eyed Penguin Colonies. Located across the road from a small beach and picnic area. The Otago Peninsula has several walkways and beaches.

Chi siamo

We emigrated from The Netherlands to New Zealand 30 years ago and still speak fluent Dutch as well as English. We like to go back to Holland to visit our family and have had several house exchanges in the past. Herrman is an architectural modelmaker and is self employed working from home. We also run several tourist related websites. We have a self contained apartment at the rear of our house, so are able to do non simultaneous exchanges.

Destinazione

Non simultaneous exchange is possible. We are in the Netherlands from mid May till mid August, but are flexible with dates at our property.
