Descrizione

Ireland the land of Saints and Scholars with beautiful unspoilt beaches and spectacular scenery. Come visit this unspoilt corner of Ireland and be amazed at its beauty. You will be staying in our beautiful holiday home in the North West coast of Ireland, in a little town called Dunfanaghy, Co. Donegal in the Irish Republic. Letterkennny, the fastest growing town in Europe is just 30 minutes drive from the house. From the house you will enjoy stunning views of the ocean and harbour. The house is just 400 yards from the beach, half a mile to Dunfanaghy Golf courses, 5 miles from Glenveagh Castle, Ards Forest Park. If you are energetic why not climb Muckish Mountain and Errigal Mountain both within easy reach of our holiday home.

The house has three bedrooms and sleeps 6 peope very comfortably. We have conservatory, open plan living and dining area so you don't miss the stunning views.

There is full central heating, dishwasher, fridge freezer, bar b que, outdoor furniture, golf clubs, diving suits, and bycles all available for your use. Visit the famine workhouse, where people had to work hard for the bread on their table during the famine years and learn all about wee Hanah a child of the workhouse who went on to live to the ripe old age of 94.

Quartiere

We love our holiday home and would travel 125 miles from Belfast to Dunfanaghy, Co. Donegal, almost every weekend to unwind. We have bikes to ride through Ards Forest Park unspoilt forest with beautiful beaches, wet suits to jump off the cliffs plunging into the Atlantic!. We can arrange deep sea fishing from a chartered boat in the area and recommend challenging walks throughout our area and guided climbs of Muckish and Errigal mountains. The kids love surfing classes and we have a surf school, Narosa, based in Dunfanaghy, providing boards, wetsuits and fun guys teaching you how to surf.

Chi siamo

We are a professional family living in Belfast with three children, aged 13 and 17. Our Donegal holiday home is our pride and joy and love to escape to it for the weekend. During the summer we spend lots of time there, but would now like to swap it for a vacation elsewhere in the world. The people in Donegal, Ireland are great, the pubs are full of traditonal Irish music, the beaches are deserted, the food is wonderful and the craig is great! and thats why we love it so much.
