it's in a multicultural area, you must be a everykind of people lover.. you like Brooklyn, you'll love Montreuil.. if you like lofts you'll love ours ! then, take the metro, be in the center of Paris within 20 mn, eat organic, african, thai, take a nap in our hamac, websurf wifi, play piano, take a bath, a shower, your breakfast on our little terrasse, cook or sleep under a french romantic roof.. this is the place !
you MUST be a city lover, and an artistic/multi ethnic area lover.. if not then aim for a 16th arrodissement in Paris house...

But if you do, you'll feel like in a village here !

Quartiere

we are a young couple with 2 children. a third one is coming soon !
i work in the music field as a film composer and an artistic director. my wife takes care of the real business : house and family !
we are an independant, free willing and happy family. we don't smoke or drink and are very very respectful of other's belongings.. we do respect your environment as much as we like you to respect ours.

ONE THING : NO SHOES IN THE HOUSE... Paris is NOT a clean city, and we love to see our children play on our hardwood floor COMPLETELY safe of any nasty thing from the Parisian's trottoirs !

We live 10 mn from paris in a multicultural suburbian area. this area is gaining fame and the rent doubled in 5 years but is still very modest, even if some famous cinema directors, producers, and famous singers and actors are settling down here.
