Large (2500 sq ft) classic 6 apartment, high ceilings nice detail, parquet floors throughout, high floor on Riverside drive. Faces Hudson river from LR and MBR. Gorgeous open views, park is 2 min walk, on river, bike path all along west side of manhattan. 5 min to Subway (1,2,3) brings you in 15 min to Lincoln Center, Times Sq, etc. This is luxury building with doormen. Three bedrooms easily sleeps five. Three bath (one bath, two shower, double sinks). Hallway leads to DR, then Kitchen, then 3rd bedroom; other direction leads to LR, MBR and second BR. Very quiet, yet near the bustle and excitement of Manhattan.

Quartiere

this is the Upper West Side, one of the most desirable places to be in Manhattan, because it is quiet and safe, because the apartments are exceptionally large, because there is parkland all along Riverside Drive, with plenty playgrounds, picnic areas, bike paths, tennis courts etc. To get downtown a bus stops practically in front of the building, the subway is 5 min away, and town cars are available on short notice. The views is what sets this apartment apart from many others on RS drive.

We are a family of 4, mother is classical pianist (top quality Steinway in the LR), with two boys, ages 3 and 4. We typically spend the entire summer abroad. Interested in exchanges for summer in European main cities as well as vacation rentals in sunny places near sea; and Russia in winter
