Awarded Welsh Tourist Board 5 Star Tardys is our holiday home and equipped and furnished to a high standard. Sleeps 4 in 2 bedrooms, the latter with views of the golf course and 1.5 bathrooms. Fully integrated kitchen with dishwasher, washer/dryer etc, sitting room with dining room and patio doors to enclosed patio area, not directly overlooked with outdoor furniture. Downstairs bathroom. Upstairs 2 double bedrooms, one double, one twin (with golf course views) and bathroom with shower. Private off road parking directly outside in very peaceful cul de sac.

Other facilities include Wi-Fi, Freeview TV, CD, DVD, radio, gas central heating and double glazing.

Tardys is a 2 minute walk to the first tee at Conwy Golf Club, voted Welsh Club 2007, and a 5 minute walk to the beach and excellent marina pub with restaurant overlooking the yachts and boats on the marina.

Quartiere

Set on Conwy Marina, a short 15 minute walk from the medieval town of Conwy, a World Heritage Site, and its 13th Century Castle and pretty harbour, the cottage overlooks Conwy Golf Course and is within a short walk of sandy beaches. Liverpool and Manchester International Airports are 1 hour or direct train link from anywhere in the UK including London Euston in 3 hours to Llandudno Junction. Conwy is the gateway to the Snowdonia National Park and is a 30 minute car journey from historic Chester and the Island of Anglesey with fast ferry (90 minutes) to Ireland. The area is popular with historians as there are numerous castles around as well as hikers and sailors. A short journey takes you to medieval castles, breathtaking mountain scenery, golf courses and empty beaches.

Chi siamo

We are Anne and Steve, both hovering around the 50 mark, with no children and are non smokers. We run our holiday lettings business from home in Conwy and Steve runs his own health and hygiene business. We are seasoned home exchangers having exchanged to Maine, Florida, Connecticut and Denmark with France and Florida x 3 so far. We would like to exchange in the UK for long weekends. We are unable to exchange July and August due to work commitments.
