We offer you a nice big apartment, upper duplex, 120 m2 in Montreal, Quebec which is our main home. It is clear and practical. We are located in town, on the north side and at a short walk from our "green mountain", the Mount Royal.
Our apartment has 3 bedrooms, for 6 with 1 queen size bed, 1 sofa bed (queen size) and 2 bunk beds in our children room. Our bathroom has shower and bath. The fully equipped kitchen is at the rear, overlooking a small terrace where it is pleasant to eat during sunny days. In the office you will have access to a computer and internet and everything else is included (either television with DVD player, washer / dryer and barbecue).
In our parking we also put available our car (Toyota Corolla, 5 seats), but for sightseeing, we recommend you use Montreals’ subways and buses.
INCLUDED IN THIS ÉCHANGE, we also offer the opportunity to spend some time in a nice wood house (3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, etc ...) in Saint-Sauveur in the Laurentians, 1 hour driving north of Montreal and which belongs to our family.

We are a married couple, both in the late 30’s with 2 children (5 and 9 years) who enjoy traveling and discovering new destinations. And this summer 2011, we are seeking for a new destination. Our only requirements are that the house is non smoking and no pets.
