Descrizione

Artists Family home of 10 years situated in the heart of Beaumaris, on the Island of Anglesey just of the North Wales Coast. We are 1.5 hours away from the city of Liverpool and 2hours to Manchester and just 90 mins by ferry to Dublin ,Ireland.The university city of Bangor is just 8 miles away.
We are close enough to the city to enjoy the conveniences and facilities, yet if you step out of the house and walk 3 minutes you are in the countryside.5 MInutes more you are on the beach or at the end of the peir!
The house is open plan downstairs, light and airy with a fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, fridge freezer,oven,hob and all the usual gadgets and conveniences.
There is a conservatory that overloks the courtyard garden with sitting area and pond.
Bathroom has seperate walk in shower. The house has central heating and a stove in the front room. We love our comfy home it serves as a home and a studio. The studio is a seperate building which is reached through the garden. Its a huge building with an extra toilet and crog loft sleeping area. I will let another artist use the studio if a recipricol agreement is reached. There is a second garden outside the studio.

Quartiere

Beaumaris has a lovely beach and victorian pier. Its a smal seaside town with a fascinating castle and goal/courthouse. The beach is reached in 5 minutes from the house as so is the wonderful view of the straits and the snowdonia mountains. There are also lovely country walks another 5 minutes away and the woods are close.Bus's run from Beaumaris to Bangor the nearest university town (8 miles) Anglesey has some of the best beaches you could wish to find and the mountains are spectacular with Snowden a short ride away. Trains to Manchester/chester/liverpool are easily found in Bangor and the ferry to Dublin in 30 mins away. You can reac Dublin in 90mins on ferry at Holyhead on the other side of the islan

Chi siamo

I am a proffessional Artist and want to paint wherever I go,I have two girls that are 19years old and a son of 25 years. We\all live together in this house and like to holiday/travel together. My partner who is a computer programmer also travels with us. We had a lovely dog until a couple of months ago, but she passed away. We like to ride bikes and cook great food when we are together. We all have seperate interests.

Destinazione

Because I work from home I can travel quickly unless I have a show on. My children do not have to come with me as we have another house where they are happy to stay.I would like to stay somewhere culturally interesting as well as capitol cities I enjoy the countryside and beaches. I do not mind exchanging in UK if the exchange is interesting, there are many places I have not expored.
