Charmant appartement au 12 etage d'un immeuble au centre de Manhattan. Grande piece a vivre et cuisine tout juste renovees. Une chambre a coucher avec lit double, une plus petite chambre avec lits superposes. Canape lit pour une personne. Tele cablee, internet, dvd, hifi and wifi. Tres grande terrasse avec BBQ pour la farniente et les repas.
Salle de gym dans immeuble. Notre quartier du upper east side est un quartier residentiel a moins de 10 minutes de Central Park et du Metropolitan Museum. Restaurants et epiceries fines au bas de l'immeuble. Metro est a peine a 10 minutes.

Located in the heart of the upper east side, our 12th floor apartment is cozy. A large dining alcove open onto the living room next to our renovated kitchen. Two bedrooms with a double bed and two bunk beds for children. A sofa is available for one person. Cabled TV, dvd, sound system and wireless internet. The best is probably a huge terrace for Manhattan standard with barbecue, dining set and lounge chair to relax.
There is a gym in the building. Our neighborhood is well appointed with all kind of gourmet shops and restaurants just around the corner. Subway is barely 10 min. away from the apartment.

Quartiere

Notre quartier du upper east side est un quartier residentiel a moins de 10 minutes de Central Park et du Metropolitan Museum. A 20 minutes de marche du Guggenheim ou a 5 minutes en taxi. Restaurants et epiceries fines au bas de l'immeuble. Metro a cinq minutes.
The upper east side of Manhattan is a residential neighborhood very close from Central Park and the Metropolitan Museum of Art. 20 minutes walk from the Guggenheim or 5 min. by cab.

Chi siamo

Famille franco/quebecoise (4) dont des jumeaux de 7 ans. Nous avons une grande fille habitant Paris. Paul (medecin/chercheur), Nadine (agent immobilier). .
Nous parlons francais et anglais couramment.
Nous aimons les voyages, le ski, le velo, les musees, l'opera, la lecture.
We are a French/Canadian family of four. Our twins are 7 yrs old and used to traveling. We have an adult daughter who is living in Paris. Paul is a scientist/physician, Nadine is a real estate agent.

Destinazione

Looking for an exchange in Paris for end of August 2012. Our apartment can be available one or two days at beginning of your stay as we will be already in France.
Recherche un echange d'une semaine environ en fin d'aout 2012 a Paris.
