Malin Head is a haven for professional and amateur painters, writers and photographers alike. Malin Head is a favourite spot for bird watchers, most importantly it is one of the few places in Europe where you may hear the illusive 'Corncrake'. There are three traditional pubs and a supermarket within 15 mins walking distance See http://www.inishowenonline.com/malin_head.htm and http://www.visitinishowen.com for more information on this wonderful location.
