The apartment is in a 19th century Haussmann type building, on 5th floor with elevator. It is very sunny, with south and west exposure. Views on gardens of the neighborhood's villas. Wooden floors, chimneys, mouldings.

The neighborhood is calm and residential, yet near all stores, and less than 5 walking minutes from many metro & bus stations, food markets, and supermarkets. 10 minutes walk from the Parc Monsouris, great place to picnic or just relax... 15 minutes from the Luxembourg gardens. Walking distance of Notre Dame, Latin Quarter...
Farmer's market twice a week 5 minutes away. Typical parisian neighborhood.

We are a family of 5, parents + 2 big boys and 3 year old girl.
We are very art oriented, being musician and graphic designer.
We love to travel, speak many languages, love to discover new places. We do not smoke.
We have relatives in the US that can help if needed for an exchange.

Destination

We are looking for a house / apartment in the Los Angeles area in February 2008. We are traveling from the 10th of february to the 5th of March, but we don't necessarily need a place for the whole period.

We own a country house in the south of France that we can let out at other periods if you do not wish to travel in february or if you are not interested by Paris.
