Lovely home on one acre Aspen grove in beautiful mountain town. 1 1/2 hrs from Denver and Breckinridge. Skiing, snow boarding, sledding in winter. Camping, hiking, mountaineering, white water rafting in summer. Peaceful, beautiful surrounding. Hardwood floors and beautiful slate tile throughout completely updated 4 bed/3bath home. Wood burning fireplace, hot tub, trampoline, cable, internet, phone all included. We are 20 minutes from the trailhead of Pikes Peak. The beauty of this home is breathtaking. Come for peace or adventure, or maybe a little of both.

Treed neighborhood in semi-rural enclave of Woodland Park. Walking distance to town, but secluded by Aspen grove and horse ranches. Quiet area, friendly outdoorsy neighbors. Pets and kis abound. You will feel like one fo the locals staying here. Incredibly friendly Colorado natives always welcome visitors to their mountain home.

I am a graduate student in a small mountain town. i love living near everything that excites me - skiiing, rafting, hiking, the arts and dining of Denver, the beauty of Breckinridge and the mountains. My home is kid and pet friendly. We welcome those who care for our home as we would theirs - with pride. Every inch of our home is clean, inviting, and, we hope, your home away from home.
