Maison

We have a typical family home in Walton-on-Thames. We have a fenced front garden. We have a large kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer and all of the usual appliances. We have unlimited high speed internet access and sky (cable) television. There is a desktop computer (with high speed internet connection) in the living room on a large desk if you need to do any work while away. We also get free evening/weekend phone calls to the USA, Canada, Australia and UK landlines, which is great so you can easily keep in touch with the those at home. Upstairs there are two double bedrooms, one single bedroom and a family bathroom with bathroon and separate shower cubicle with power shower. It is a clean, comfortable house perfectly situated for those wanting to explore the UK and/or Europe.

Quartier

We are at the end of a quiet cul de sac. We have friendly but not intrusive neighbours. The city centre is 10-15 minute walk from our house. There is a leisure centre 5-10 minute walk away which offers a lovely indoor swimming pool, There is also a state of the art gym where they also offer classes and personal training.

À propos de nous

I work at Heathrow airport for Air Canada and also a mum to our two small children. My husband is a fitness centre manager.

Destination

Long term swap required, we would like to be in the USA from August 2012 until June 2013. We hope to return to England for Christmas but we can stay with family members. No pets or plants to look after here, but we are happy to look after pets or plants etc in Colorado.
