A large character house currently run as a B&B, the upstairs area has 3 luxury bedrooms, 1 ensuite bathroom and 1 main bathroom. A sunroom with wonderful harbour views.
Downstairs very large lounge/dining and kitchen area and office. The house is located on the Otago Peninsula with harbour views and across the road from a small beach.Close to Royal Albatross and Yellow Eyed Penguin Colonies.
A 20 minute drive from Dunedin City.
Exchange wanted May to August 2008 with The Netherlands. Hi speed internet access required.

Quartier

Located on the Otago Peninsula, a 20 minute drive from Dunedin City centre and halfway on the Peninsula to the Royal Albatross and Yellow Eyed Penguin Colonies. Located across the road from a small beach and picnic area. The Otago Peninsula has several walkways and beaches.

À propos de nous

We run our house as a B&B "Chy-an-Dowr", mainly for overseas tourists in the summer months. Herman is an architectural modelmaker and is self employed working from home. We also run several tourist related websites. We emigrated from The Netherlands to New Zealand 26 years ago and still speak fluent Dutch as well as English.

Destination

Non simutaneous exchange is possible. We are in the Netherlands from beginning May till middel August, but are flexible with dates at our property.
