Ocean front family home ideal for families with kids, six adults max. 8 person total max. House built in 1997, two bedrooms, master bedroom has a queen size bed and a double bed futon with room divider for privacy, second bedroom has a bunk bed with double bed lower and single bed upper, two bathrooms upstairs, jetted bathtub, outdoor shower and bathroom down stairs, modern kitchen, two sets of washer dryer, monitored security system, walls on all sides of yard with gate for car access, satellite TV W/ HBO, DVD Player, Stereo. DSL high speed internet. Covered and uncovered ocean front deck. Grassy lawn. At low tide waves break 200 yards offshore making the area in front of the house like a swimming pool. Safe for even small children to swim and also great for snorkeling.

Quartier

Located at the end of a dead end street in the town of Hauula, North East shore of Oahu. Full ocean view. Mountain view. Windward side of the island. 3 minute drive to town of Laie, Polynesian Cultural Center, Food Land, McDonalds, Subway, Bank W/ ATM, Gas and a few Restaurants. Walking distance to small local grocery store and Post office. Pounders Beach walking distance from house. North Shore beaches, Bonzai Pipeline (Biggest surf in the world) 15 minute drive. Great hiking up the hill from the house. Great fishing right outside the house. Two person sea kayak, fishing poles and tackle, boggie boards, snorkel gear, and beach accessories in downstairs locker.

We live in the greater Seattle area. This is our vacation home. Enjoy all outdoor activites.

Destination

Our dates are flexable. We are looking to trade for a ski in/ski out mountain home/condo during the winter months of 2008 or 2009. This will be a non-simultaneous exchange. Our home is already occupied off and on in 2008. Any time in 2009 is open. Please inquire about availabiity. We would like to find something in the western Unitied States or Canada . Ski in/ski out preferred but not required.
