Front line flat with entry on to Paseo.Two bedrooms Bathroom and Kitchen, All modern appliances, TV,English/ Spanish, Inter net excess, DVD, A/C, etc., Near shops cafes, bars & restaurants. We live in a complete holiday/ residental area. With buses to most parts of Southern Spain, Granada Ronda. Marbella, Gibralter ,Etc., There is also a car we can offer as part of an exchange,A Citroen diesel with A/C. It is our home not a holiday flat. I forgot we have a full sized swimming pool with a childrens pool, in our mature gardens LIfts to all floors, car park wheel chairs friendly acess to all parts.

Quartier

We are next to the beach, so there are walks along the seas edge. There is a paseo (Prom) several miles in each direction,Level flat clean and floodlit at night. We are surronded by a mixture of shops, cafes, bars, and supermarkets, of all standards. Busses stop just out side the building, going to alsorts of exciting places. There is a new park within walking distance full of wildlife amnd exotic birds. Further up the hill is the village of Arroyo De La Miel. with its own shops etc and also the lift to the top of the mountain with its many attractions. the Teme park Tivoli World is also there. For the more energetic there numerous golf courses close by. Whatever you want from your holiday it is here.

À propos de nous

Jan and I are both retired and live out here in Spain. We are both in our Seventies, (well I am but you never know with a women.) Jan comes from Edinburgh, and I am from God's own county, Lancashire, although I lived for many in in Sussex. If in the summer we are not home exchanging we go back to the UK and spend our time driving our pre-war Austin around.
We live in Paradise and love to share our good furtune with other people.

Destination

We are open to offers, but like the UK, the Pyrenees or the west coast of America or Canada. Anywhere that takes our fancy will be acceptable.
