Beautiful, modern 3 bedroom 2 bathroom (with spa) villa in Sydney's upmarket Eastern Suburbs at Watsons Bay within walking distance of harbour beaches and cafes. Our villa is very modern - the downstairs opens fully to garden courtyard with gas BBQ and outdoor area. In the lounge is a plasma sceen with cable. Upstairs there are 3 spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms (one with spa). Our home is fully air-conditioned, complete with Miele dishwasher and washing machine and dryer.
*NB our home is already exchanged till March 2009. We have a larger (6 bedroom; 3 bathroom; pool) home in Rose Bay which we would like to exchange for Aspen from January 4 till 16th.

Quartier

Walk to Sydney's famous harbour beaches (Camp Cove,Gibsons beach, Neilsen Park) and Doyles Seafood restaurant and pub. Outdoor cafes abound. You can take the kayaks down to the water and paddle around Sydney Harbour. It is a five minute drive to Bondi Beach. Mountain bikes are available for biking around the area, particularly nice is the National Park at Neilsen Park. Catch the ferry to Taronga Zoo or the city (10 minutes away) or take a leisurely bus trip to the city through Sydney's most expensive real estate.

À propos de nous

We are a blended family of four grown boys - one studying in the US , one touring Canada and the other two doing post graduate degrees in Sydney.
We enjoy skiing, skiing! golfing and mountain biking. I am a part-time teacher, my partner a dental surgeon. We also have a larger 7 bedroom house in the Eastern Suburbs which could be available December 2008/ Hanuary 2009.

Destination

dates are flexible; this can be non-simultaneous; We would love to go to Whistler nin January 2008 and December 2008 and January 2009.
