Our wonderful 2 story home less than 2 miles from the beach in sunny Southern California has the Master Br and open Kit/Fam Rm downstairs, 2Br's and office loft upstairs, Courtyard w/Jacuzzi and fountain. Beautiful sunsets from west balcony, rooftops from east balcony. Walk to grocery, restaurant and shops. Sleeps 5 easily plus 2 more in sofabed and loft sofa. Large screen TV with home theater in Fam Rm and TV's in Master and 1 upstairs BR. Wireless internet connection. Gas grill, outdoor dining. A great vacation home!

Our suburban beachside home is in one of the best neighborhoods in Oceanside. Close to many beaches, great restaurants and shops, Del Mar racetrack, Southern California attractions and freeways. With 2 schools within walking distance (closed over the summer), the neighborhood is family friendly and walking distance (decent sized hill) to grocery store, restaurants, shops and train station from which you can go almost anywhere! Ride bikes to the beach. Visit the nearby mall, lagoons/bird sanctuary. Have a go at surfing with the locals or take some lessons. You'll love it here!

We are a family of three with a 16 year old daughter who is a junior at the local high school and a great soccer player. Husband is a school teacher, surfer, and traveling man. Wife is an interior designer, jogger and we both do yoga. We love traveling and also staying home here in paradise. We hike, camp, build fires on the beach and generally feel so lucky to have such a great life.
