Only minutes from Jupiter Inlet, no fixed bridges, can be fishing in no time! Or fish from dock! Swim out to sand bar at low tide & take a nice walk. Swim in the pool or soak in the hot tub. See the ocean & Jupiter Lighthouse from 3rd floor balcony, which is a great place to watch sunrise or sunset! What a view! 1st floor includes: 3-car garage. Lg master suite with double vanity & head shower, walk in closet. Lg living room with off white leather sectional sofa, entertainment center with TV. Breakfast nook with high top that seats 4. Dining room seats 8 with hutch. Cabana Bath. Kitchen, WOW, bamboo cabinets, granite counter tops, center island, counter top bar that seats 4. Tiki Bar with 57" gas grill with rotisserie, side burner, sink, ice machine, speed rail for liquor bottles, refrigerator full of beer, wine, champagne! This is a great party house. All rooms have sliding glass doors that lead out to & have views of the pool, dock, intercoastal. Italian Travertine Marble throughout whole 1st floor as well as outside around the pool and tiki bar. 2nd floor includes: Lg master suite with double vanity & head shower, walk in closet. Morning Kitchen with coffee pot, mini refrig, microwave, & sink. Laundry room. Exercise room with a Total Gym Supra Pro & Gazelle (as seen on TV with Tony Littles), Full bath. 2 Bedrooms (of the 4 BR) are being used as my home office will be off limits. All rooms have sliding glass doors that lead out to a lg balcony & have views of pool, dock, intercoastal. Marble or Bamboo flooring. 3rd floor includes: An outside spiral staircase leads up to the Crows nest, currently empty, 14’ X 14’ incredible view of ocean, intercoastal, Jupiter Lighthouse. Neighborhood: Quiet residential neighborhood, walk to a few restaurants, Block Busters, CVS pharmacy, Publix grocery, Bank of America. One minute drive to many other restaurants, shops, Jupiter beaches and parks. Take a tour of the historic Jupiter Light house or visit Bert Reynolds museum. An evening out to watch a play at the Maltz Theatre or go to a movie. Rent kayaks, boats, jet skis, scooters. Charter a fishing boat, take a boat tour of the Jupiter Island area along the intercoastal on the “Manatee Queen”, or how about a sunset sail. Jonathan Dickenson State Park, Logger Head Turtle sanctuary, Busch’s Wildlife sanctuary. Palm Beach Gardens Mall and “Downtown” is 15 minutes. West Palm Beach’s “City Place” and PBI airport just 40 minutes. Ft.Lauderdale is 60 minutes, Miami is 90 minutes. Orlando Disney World is 2.5 hours. Lots to do!

I am a 48 yr old female, white, American, English speaking. I am a Real Estate Developer and work out of my home in 2 bedrooms that I have converted into offices! I travel on business often. My fiancé and I love to travel for our vacations. We like a broad variety of locations including remote, rustic, secluded, but also the glitz and glamour of London or New York. We love the out doors and enjoy hiking, boating, swimming, biking, etc. We are non-smokers, light social drinkers, no drugs, and love to entertain small groups of 4-8 people. We are very neat, clean, orderly, & tidy. We will treat your home the same way we would expect you to treat ours! Enjoy the house and be respectful!

Destination

We can be fairly flexible with the dates but need at least a two week notice. We perfer to travel in June-Sept but can travel any time. This can be a non-simultaneous exchange.
