Charming three bedroom, two bath house centrally located in a fun, south Austin neighborhood, just an easy 5 miles or less from downtown and all the live music venues. TV with cable, DVR, DVD and wireless internet. Enjoy your coffee on the large covered back porch. Quiet backyard has two large pecan trees. Big sunny game room too! Pets are welcome, but big dogs would need to stay outside.

Quartier

I live in an fun South Austin neighborhood with quiet tree covered streets, great for a walk or jog. Two mile loop around the neighborhood is easy to map out. Neighbors are friendly with a mixture of young families, retirees and young professionals. There are several bus stops within walking distance. Downtown, Town Lake are just minutes away. Famous South Congress is less than 3 miles.

I am a nurse practitioner, that loves the outdoors and all the activities that Austin has to offer. My boyfriend is an engineer and a small business owner and lives about 30 minutes east of Austin on 4 acres. So if you are interested in a more rural get away, let us know. We are both professionals that would always be respectful of your home.

Destination

We are looking to go to San Diego, CA some time this year, hopefully Christmas. My house is a great location for all of the music and movie festivals we have in Austin-SXSW or Austin City LImits Music festival. Non-simultaneous exchange okay!
