Renovated two storey home with downstairs self contained two bedrooms+bathroom and upstairs three bedroom + bathroom. Lovely rural outlook bordering reserve and park that offers variety of lovely walks in native bush, wetlands and waterfall. Drive to several ocean beaches and harbours within ten minutes including Mount Maunganui and Papamoa. Tauranga city is ten minutes drive and offers cafes, bars, live music, ferries, harbour cruises, fishing. Suit families. Many thermal hot pools within ten minutes.

Quartier

Very handy to city, sea, harbours, tennis courts, wave pool, hydroslide and hot pools yet fairly quiet neighbourhood. The house is down a right of way and no neighbours out the back, only bush reserve and rural views.

À propos de nous

My teenage children, Jake and Bonnie, share my home with my two dogs, Poppy (pomeranian) and Lilly(mixed breed) and cat called Kitten. We enjoy the beach lifestyle and watersports this area offers and walking in the reserve behind the house. There are many shopping malls to choose from.
