It is an apartment that is situated directly accross from a popular beach and surrounded by places of interest that are just a quick stroll away. It is used as a holiday house so it is rarely used, perfectly clean and all operables functioning well. Located behind the apartment is a newly refurbished park that has equipment for the kids, bbq's and tables for the adults and an entertainment stage that produces free entertainment every so often.

Quartier

It is a slow paced neighbourhood and fairly quiet. The apartment has a decent sized patio that is great for sitting, chatting and taking in the fantastic view. It is in walking distance from all the popular restaurants and 50m from the corner store. Markets are held weekly in the town centre which is about a 20min walk away or 2min drive. In town you will also find boutiques with the latest fashions, restaurants and cafes, a cinema and much more. Public tansport is easily accessed but rarely needed.
