Our home is a beautiful, 3-bedroom condominium on the 3rd floor of a triplex. It is newly renovated, modern, and spacious (1100 sq. feet), with an open concept design, dark wood floors, and exposed brick walls. The four skylights provide natural light throughout the day. There is one master bedroom, a second bedroom with French doors, and a third room that currently serves as an office but can also be used as a bedroom. The bathroom has both a clawfoot tub and a stall shower, as well as a washer and dryer. The kitchen is equipped with new stainless steel appliances, a dishwasher, and a microwave. The living room has a comfortable pullout couch and all of the usual amenities (TV, VCR, DVD player, etc.). The open dining room has a large teak table which seats 8-10 people. The apartment has ample closet space and a large storage room. We have air conditioning for the summer. There is a balcony with a barbecue in the back. We have one outdoor parking space, although parking on the street is readily available.

Quartier

- We live in an ideal location, centrally located in downtown Montreal, but on a quiet, safe street. Our home is within walking distance from McGill University, St. Denis and St. Laurent (popular streets with restaurants, boutiques, clubs and pubs), Mount Royal (which has bicycle and jogging paths, panaromic views of the city), parks, wading pool, and a bicycle path. There is a mall with all the usual services you need (grocery store, gym, dry cleaner, tailor, florist, video store, movie theater) just one block away. We are a 5 minute walk from a metro station. We are a 5 minute walk from Place des arts which houses theater and symphony. During festival season (which runs all summer), we are in close proximity to all the action: Jazz, Comedy, Theatre, etc.

We are a professional couple in our early thirties who have two young children. We are both doctors who are coming to London for one year of additional medical training. We have been in our home for the past 2 years and love where we live. Our home and its location are ideal for a couple or a young family. We would love for you to enjoy living here as much as we do!

Destination

We are looking for a swap in London, ideally close to the Royal Brompton Hospital.
