Beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo. New Kitchen and bath. On the bay near Venetian Village. Across the street from the beach. Swimming pool with view of the bay. Central Air, Cable, Televisions in living room and bedrooms. Sleeps six. Everything is ready for a turnkey operation. Naples is serene and beautiful with wonderful restaurants and cultural opportunities. Walk to the beautiful shops at Venetian Village or a short ride to the Waterside shops at Pelican Bay.

Quartier

This condo is in the Moorings and is one of the best locations in all of South Florida. The beach (across the street) is magnificent. The Shops at Venetian Bay and Waterside are special. People come from all over the world to experience this neighborhood.

I am a 61 year old single gentleman and a professional educator. I own this condo in Naples but live on the East Coast where I am a college counselor at an independent school. I prepared this condo so that anyone can just show up and start enjoying themselves. I have two sons and a grandson who live in New York City. I speak English and a little Spanish and Hebrew.

Destination

I would prefer an exchange with someone from Israel but I am open to other possibilities. My vacation time is the month of July and am flexible during this month.
