Maison

Our 2 storey brick house overlooks the lower Blue Mountains National Park with magnificant landscaped gardens including a beautiful waterfall and fish pond. The balcony looks over our garden, the Blue Mountains and wonderful sunsets. Newly renovated kitchen with dishwasher and all mod cons and bathroom with seperate toilet, timber floors with carpet in bedrooms, cosy fireplace in lounge room with the view of the mountains. Lounge room also has latest LCD wall mounted television with built in DVD player. Our garden boasts many species of native willife including possums, parrots, cockatoos, kookaburras.
Our second house is in Mystery Bay, 5 hours south of Sydney. It is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom beach house which sleeps 6. It is on a large corner block right on the water looking out to the Bay and Montague Island.
A wonderful opportunity to have a mountain and beach experience in Australia.

You can go hiking in the National Park from our house. 10 Minutes drive from our house puts you at Euroka Clearing, within the National Park, and amoungst lots of "Mobs" of wild kangaroos and beautiful rivers, Great for hiking. Our house is in the lower Blue Mountains, the perfect location for visiting the Sydney area. 30 minutes to Sydney Harbour and Bridge, Darling Harbour and the Sydney Operal House. 30 minutes to Katoomba and the Three Sisters, including spectacular lookouts and hiking. The Hunter Valley, Sydney's premier wine producing area is only 1 1/2 hours drive away.
Our beach house is 10 minutes south of Narooma. If you look at the website www.eurobodalla.com.au you will see how incredibly beautiful the whole area is. We have the most pristine beaches, amazing diving, snorkelling, swimming, fishing and hiking.
You can do tours out to Montague Island and see whales, penguins and seals as well as snorkel and dive with them.
The house itself is in a small quiet community, a great chill out place and has magnificent views out to the bay and Montague Island.

We are Kellie and Kevinn, engaged to be married. We are in our forties and love travelling. We own a tour company which conducts private tours in the Blue Mountains and Sydney area. We also conduct private safari tours twice a year to South Africa. We are open to any suggestions for any time of the year but also want to do a house exchange somewhere tropical and warm, for example, an island. We offer a car and would look after your house as if it were our own. We can also do non-simultaneous exchange.
