Maison

Chur, a town with a mediterranean touch, offers all you need. Theater, shops, cinemas, etc. (www.churtourismus.ch). Our luxurious and spacious penthouse with a very large balcony(100sqm) is situated quietly at the boarder of Chur, overlooking the town. Cable TV, broadband Internet access,dishwasher, washing machine and tumbler, fully equipped kitchen, fireplace. Bus station in front of the house, 10 minutes to the town center. Ideal for hiking, biking, skiing in the nearby resorts as Klosters, Davos, Flims, St. Moritz. Children are very welcome, toys available. We also own a romantic holiday cabin in the mountains (1800 m.a.s., 30 minutes by car), which you can also use (no shower!, 2 beds).

Quartier

Very nice walks to the nearby woods or downtown. 3 min to shop, which is open 6am to 10pm seven days a week. Our modern penthouse is on the top floor of a 3 storey building, where there are living 5 other friendly couples.
The area where the holiday cabin is situated sports fantastic views, unspoiled nature, great walks. It is very quiet and just right for a retreat.

À propos de nous

We (arts manager and speech therapist) have a lovely 2 year old daughter and love to travel. We speak several languages (German, English, Italian, French, Romansh).

Destination

It must be a simultaneous exchange. We would like to stay in or near a city in Italy or Greece. Preferably Rome, Florence, Athens, etc. We are anyway interested in any offer from Italy and Greece next to the seaside.
The appartment should at least have a seperate living room and bed room.
