Maison

Large white home with black shutters and big front porch that wraps to the side. Overlooking acres of wooded land to hike to the Rappahannock River in just minutes. Fishing, kayaking and of course swimming. We have a fantastic pool with hardcrafted stone walls and infinity edge, upper and lower pool with slide and poole staris leading to the rock diving board. Six bedrooms w/ 5.5 baths and approximately 7500 sqft. Granite and stainless everywhere. Pool table, cable tv and just minutes from historic Fredericksburg, VA.

Quartier

Fredericksburg is midway between D.C. and Richmond where culture and sight seeing abouds. Fredericksburg is quaint with much history and antiques and lots of churches. We have two rivers the Potomac and Rappahannock. Our river, the Rappahannock is a short hike down the hill through the woods. There are even old fashion rock locks! Beautiful. From the river,there are no homes, large boulders and great for fishing, picnicing or even camping.

We have a large family and are interested in being in Charleston SC in May for our sons graduation from the Citadel. In addition, we love to travel, love beaches and warm climates. We love adventure vacations but are open to suggestions. Sometimes we like to travel, just the two of us, but when we are a family, we have 6 and summer is the best time for us to travel. We are also looking for a place to spend with another family, family so there could be 12 of us.

Non simultaneous . flexible. Really want to be in Charleston SC for May.
