Maison

The house is a 935 sq ft. Yucagan beachhouse, a short walk to the Gulf of Mexico in the quiet fishing village of Santa Clara which has approximately 100 year-round residents. The house has one bedroom, with a sleeper sofa in the livingroom, two bathrooms and a private pool. Santa Clara is located an hour and fifteen minutes from Merida, the capital of the Yucatan, two and a half hours west of Cancun, an hour and 10 minutes from Chichen Itza and 4 hours from Belize

Quartier

There is a growing number of ex-pats living in the immediate period. The neighbours are extremely friendly and accommodating. The white, sandy beaches in the area are pristine and uncrowded. The area is rich in Mayan history with Chichen Itza located 70 minutes away.

À propos de nous

This is our second home, so all exchanges need not be simultaneous. We are Rob, a retired teacher, and Donna, a secretary/bookkeeper. We are non-smokers with four grown children. We are experienced exchangers who will appreciate the opportunity to visit your part of the world.

Destination

We would like to visit Ireland/England for 3/4 weeks in June 2008. Our beach house is available immediately until the last week in January 2008. It is also available anytime after June 1, 2008. We also have our principal residence located in he foothills of the Canadian Rockies, which is available at anytime.
