Maison

Ground floor apartment with patio for outdoor meals near Teruel, near Valencia (Spain). In a well located rural village with nice natural sorroundings. Municipal new swimming pool and sports courts at a 5 min walking (see pictures here), etc. etc.

Nice weather in summer. Cold winters with snow at 5 min driving in the near mountains/ski runs.

Two big bedrooms. One with 2 single beds (sleep two), and the other with two twin beds (sleep four). A Big sitting room with everyting. Wireless internet access available. A big kitcheen with everything, including a table plus six chairs.

Total built squar meters: 107,40. Many outdoor activities and excursions are posible. See weblinks provided in the neigbourhook section.

Quartier

Quite close to the ski runs of Javalambre (about 5 minutes driving), but also not far from the historic-and-new Valencia (1 hour and a quarter - see WWW.CAC.ES or WWW.TURISVALENCIA.ES) and valencian beaches in the north of the province (40 minutes) where many UK and Irish low cost airlines fly directly. (ryanair, thomsonfly, easyjet, jet2, flybe, ...).

Many outdoor activities, excursions, etc are posible.

The famous DINOSAURIUS thematic park and excabations in Teruel city (see WWW.FUNDAPOLIS.ORG) is also at a drive distance (15 min.) etc., etc. Childreen can play outdoors or in a garden behind.

Teruel city can be accessed by car or train in just fifteen minutes where many tipical restaurants and tabernas can be enjoyed, as well as nice city center streets to walk and museums to visit such as the one containing the "Teruel lovers tombs" (WWW.AMANTESDETERUEL.ES - see picture here), etc.

À propos de nous

We want to exchange with UK or Ireland homes. We are a family of two teachers, myself a University lecturer, with three well educated childreen (12, 9 and 7 years old) that like to visit new places during August and practice our English. Car exchange optional with the neccesary car's insurance extension.

Destination

We might accept offers to exchange with a home in UK or Ireland during 2 weeks in August 2010.
As we are exchanging our second-holidays home, the exchange could be a non-simultaneos if you also own a second-holidays home.
