(3 hrs from Orlando and Disney, 5 hrs from Tampa, 1.5 hrs to Miami, 45 mins to Fort Lauderdale)
Our home is NOT luxury or resort style, but it is modern, fully furnished, comfortable and clean. Older home (sleeps 6-8) that has been completely renovated on the inside with vibrant color and style and we are constantly doing upgrades. Approx. 2000 sq ft of living accomodation: 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large living room and dining area, fully functional kitchen with appliances, air conditioning, carport (covered parking). Large front and fenced back yard, easy to maintain, with an automatic sprinkler system and gas BBQ grill.
Hi-speed internet connection, printer avail, DVD-VCR, TV, stereo system, and playstation. **Non smoking exchange only, or smoking outside only please! Pleasant, respectful neighbors. Public transportation is a few blocks away: http://www.cityofwpb.com/around/index.htm

We are a fun, married, professional couple in our mid 30's, with a love of travel, culture, art, fahion, adventure and thrills. Our interests vary to EXTREMES! We are blessed with one son whom we try to bring when we can during holidays and school breaks. We have two charming cats who spend most of their time sleeping (indoor/outdoor) and we hope you wouldn't mind caring for? (We really don't want to have to board them). We speak English and some Spanish. One vehicle 2003 Pontiac Grand Prix (as long as you have one to offer in return). We are in the real estate/property management/construction business and would be very respectful, courteous house guests and would appreciate the same. We are flexible with dates, length of stay and locations, but limited to the US and Cananda only at this time, so just ask! This is a great opportunity for us to be able to travel and we are excited! The journey begins.........

Simultaneous exchange only. Prefer cooler destinations (preferably with a hot mineral springs close ~SMILE~), or trendy cities with lots of nightlife: Montreal, NYC, Chicago, etc... October: Halloween in scary places, November: want to see the leaves change colors, Dec: white Christmas? fireworks for New Year's Eve Vegas, etc...
If you have some great event going on in your location, we might be interested? Also would be interested in swapping for short wknds to locations that are close to our area.
