The appartment is located in a busy multi-cultural region, near the centre of the city with easy access to public transports.
You enter the building right from the main street and take the elevator up to the 4th floor. You then walk the stairs up to the top floor and enter a very undisturbed, resently modernized 2-room flat.
The flat features:
-1 living room w. rooftop view, sleeping couch for 2.
-1 room (childrens room) with one bed and large family closet.
-1 small ekstra room, with matrasses for 2.
- 1 kitchen with stove, oven, fridge, washing mashine, dryer, dishwasher.
- 1 bathroom w. bath tub.

The flat has wooden floor all over and lots of natural light.

Quartier

The neighbourhood is very active during the day, with lots of shops and take-away restaurants.
Its possible to walk to the city centre in 30 minutes or take one of the six bus-lines (10 minutes drive to the centre). There is a local train station 5 minutes walk away.
The nearby church tolls its bell 2-3 times a day.

À propos de nous

We are a family of 3 , two adults (in our thirties) and a 7 years old girl.
I work as an plastics engineer in a hearing aid company, and my wife work as a nurse.
We have lots of differents interests like art, litterature, technical stuff, motorcycle.
We are a mixed danish-russian couple and are able to communicate in english, russian and german.

Destination

Preferably the change should be simultaneous. We are, however, open to other suggestions.
