Semi detached bungalow, very well decorated and clean. large Kitchen diner, Lounge, 2 Bedrooms and Bathroom. House has been completely refubished over the last year.
We are a retired couple looking for an exchange to Brisbane to visit my daughter and family. We are situated in a town in surrey not far from London by train approx30mins 1hr by car. The south coast is approx 1hr. Car can be included in exchange. Also can be included in the exchange is my daughters Mobile home sited on a caravan park on the Sussex/Kent boarders from the 1st march if you required a longer stay. The mobile home is only 1 year old,pictures can be supplied. It is sited on a holiday park at Camber Sands near to Hastings,Rye and Ashford where the channel tunnel can take you to France.

Quartier

Caterham, Surrey is a town with a good ammount of shops. It is a good base to locate southern england and London.

We are retired and would be looking for an exchange to visit our daughter brisbane. She lives in Mango Hill area so the nearer the better.

Destination

We would like to be close to the Mango Hill area, We are flexible about accommodation and can stay with my daughter for some of the time.
