Maison

3-level 3 bedroom heritage home in quiet residential suburb of Vancouver. Two bedrooms have either a queen or double sized beds and the third can be equipped with a child sized bed. Home has a view of mountains and river from many rooms as well as the backyard and patio spaces. The home has 3 full bathrooms with shower or bath, toilets, and sinks. There are two televisions, stereos, and computers with high-speed internet access. A mutual car exchange with a newer model vehicle is possible.

Quartier

Very convienient access to downtown Vancouver either by car or by rapid public transit (25-30 min). Walking to restaurants, coffee shops, and convenience stores. Large playground with outdoor swimming pool and children's water park very nearby.

We are a family of three, both teachers, with a 22-month-old son. We have done a previous home exchange to Australia, and are looking forward to another. We have travelled extensively through Europe, North America, and many parts of Asia.

Destination

We are looking for an exchange in the Naples/Sorrento/Amalfi region of Italy or in the city centre of Rome for a period of 10 days to 3 weeks, although our home is available for a total of four weeks in July 2008. Alternatively, we would be interested in larger cities in Greece or Turkey, or a beachside home for an exchange of up to four weeks (although we would use only two weeks at most).
