Maison

We love our home. It has all been totally renovated in the past 5 years. The main house has 2 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, well appointed kitchen, living room with gas fireplace and a home theatre room. All have beautiful views of the water and islands. Our home includes a detached small cottage with a gas fireplace which our friends use for romantic getaways. The cottage could be used for non-simultaneous exchange. A one car garage gives covered parking.

Quartier

What a wonderful neighborhood! Water views with the small marina below us, walks out our front door include, beach, state park, and small hills or forest mountains. We are located 10 miles from Anacortes where one may catch a water ferry to the San Juans or Victoria, B.C. Public transportation is also available a few blocks away. Deception Pass state park surrounds our little neighborhood of 20 or so homes.

This is privacy at its best!

À propos de nous

Margi and I are in our early sixties, enjoying all that life has brought to us. We have owned apple and pear orchards, espresso bars and mini marts, built houses, remodeled homes to flip and anything else to enjoy life. You see, I am a frustrated accountant by education and Margi is a mom of our four grown children!

We love to travel so we can experience the people, plants and land of different areas. Pool side book readers we are not, although, we have had pools at some of our homes and we have read books, we prefer interaction with people and seeing how others live.

Destination

We are looking for interaction with local people, historical sights and becoming friends with our exchangers. A non-simultaneous exchange could be arranged. We have a car that could be in the exchange also.
