Stay in our cozy, sunny 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment, lovely garden type grounds, heated pool, barbeque area with gas grills, off street parking, quiet, gated community. First Floor, single level, 1,026 square feet. We are located in Long Beach, Ca. (Southern Los Angeles County) on the pacific coast. The unit has livingroom with big screen TV, stereo system, DVD player, VCR, CD player, DVD/Video collection, computers with high-speed internet access, and wood burning fireplace. Dining room holds a lovely wood table that seats six. Kitchen equipped with stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and all essential. Large Masterbedroom has private bath, king size bed, television, and stereo. A second bathroom in hallway, second bedroom has a queen size water bed, televsion, and stereo. Unit also has washer and dryer. Enjoy all the attrations of Southern California in our centrally located home. Only 3 miles to the beach. Clean, neat, comfortable, non smoking. Pleasant, respectful neighbors. We provide housecleaning services on a weekly basis.

Our apartment is a hidden treasure in Long Beach, Ca. Its located in a small tranquil, and private complex, close to the beach, shopping, and dining.Grocery stores within 10 minute walking distance from apartment. Easy access to Long Beach's bus or metro system, short distance from the Queen Mary, Pine Ave, the Pike (entertainment, shopping, dining), Long Beach Museum of Art, Museum of Latin American Art, and Aquarium of the Pacific. From Long Beach its easy to visit Los Angeles, Hollywood, Beverly Hills, Disneyland, Universal Studios, Knotts Berry Farm, or any of the hundreds of attractions in Southern Ca.. You can head south to San Deigo for the day to visit olde town, the famous San Diego Zoo, Sea World, or Legoland to name just a few. You can take a scenic drive north on Pacific Coast Highway along the magnificent pacific coast. And of course you can visit many of our beautiful beaches. If you enjoy bike riding the beaches all have bike trails. You can catch an early morning boat ride to Catalina from downtown Long Beach, and enjoy a day or two on the lovely, quaint island. Long beach is all about sunny skies and outdoor activities....swimming, biking, surfing, skating, enjoying. There's plenty of nightlife too up and down the coast.

We are a family of three...husband 47, wife 45, and 13 year old son. We enjoy family vacations, movies, music, theater, and bike riding.
We are honest, hard working people. We are in the real estate and property management business, so we understand the value of a home, and would be respectful and courteous house guest. We like to meet new people and visit new places.

Destination

We are interested in exchanging our Los Angeles county, Ca. apartment for same or similiar in London, England. We are flexible on dates... at this time we are planning for our 2008 summer vacation, most preferably in August.

We would be open to exchanging cars also if possible.
