Located in the beautiful city of Calabasas, just 20 minutes from the ocean and 30 minutes from Beverly Hills, this home features a beautiful pool, spa, BBQ center and 2 outdoor fireplaces. Top quality finishes throughout including a granite eat-in gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Our two story home spans 6,000 sq. feet of luxury living, including 4 large beautifully appointed bedrooms - all with queen beds. There is a large formal living room with a fireplace and grand piano. The family room has a fireplace and large flat screen TV. The master bedroom has a lovely sitting area with a flat screen TV and balcony overlooking a spectacular view of a golf course and mountains. The master bath room has a steam shower, jacuzzi bathtub and heated tile floors. There are 3 full bathrooms (bathtub, toilet and shower) and one bathroom with a toilet, sink and shower. There is also a guest bathroom with a toilet and sink. The formal dining room overlooks a fountain. There is a cozy library/office with a computer center (full internet service) and a pull out couch that sleeps 2.

Our home is located behind the 24-hour guarded gates of Vista Point. There are 134 other homes in our community, all overlooking the Calabasas Golf and Country Club. Santa Monica, Malibu, Beverly Hills, and Santa Barbara, are under an hour's drive from our home. There are countless restaurants and great shopping within minutes of our neighborhood. There are also several spectacular public golf courses within a 20 minute drive from our home. Calabasas is considered one of the most desirable small cities to live in. It is 45 minutes from the Los Angeles Airport. Las Vegas is a 5 hour drive from Calabasas. San Francisco is 7 hours, and San Diego 3 hours.

Our daughter is studying in Florence and will be there until June 2008. My husband and I both work and enjoy traveling whenever we get the opportunity.

Destination

We want to stay in the heart of Florence. We need an accommodation that can sleep 6 adults. This can be a non-simultaneous exchange as our home will also be available for the month of July.
