Our beachfront condo has spectacular views of the Banderas Bay and downtown Puerto Vallarta. Take your own private elevator to this spacious 3,000 sq. ft. thirteenth floor unit. Sit on the wrap around balcony and watch the cruise ships come and go. The building is centrally located in the Marina Vallarta - close to everything. We have 4 bedrooms/bathrooms; a fully equipped kitchen; laundry room; living room; dining room; satellite TV in every bedroom (60" screen in master bedroom). Sliding glass doors extend from wall to wall opening on to the balcony. We also have a maid that comes in to clean 3 times a week. Facilities include a huge infinity pool and poolside restaurant with great prices; jacuzzi and spa. Use the fitness center located at poolside....great view while doing your daily workout.

Puerto Vallarta has something special for everyone: great beaches, fishing, golf, cultural events, trips to the jungle, night clubs, lots of great restaurants. Puerto Vallarta was recently voted by Conde Nast Magazine as the "friendliest city in the world". The city has a modern infrastructure and conveniences but has also managed to maintain its unique Old Mexico charm. You will feel like you are taking a step back in time. A marina and cruise ship port attract visitors on ships and yachts from all over the world. English is widely spoken, especially in the downtown shopping and dining areas.
