Wonderful window seat to lay in and read or enjoy the abundant wildlife right outside....deer, squirrels, rabbits, birds, etc. Home has 2 bedrooms & 2 baths. Cozy woodburning stove, monitor heater, and air-conditioning. Relax by the calming water feature in the front yard, the trickling creek in the backyard, or soak in the hot-tub under the stars. Bicycles available for your pleasure. Non-smokers only please.

Home is in the beautiful Lake Shastina neighborhood. The championship Robert Trent Jones Jr. Golf Resort is right around the corner. Lots of wonderful biking, hiking, or walking areas in the serene pine tree setting. Close to lakes, rivers, and streams for kayaking, fishing, swimming, or skiing. www.visitsiskiyou.org Midway between Ashland, Oregon, home of the famous Shakespearean Theater, Lithia Park, and many quirky, eclectic shops & restaurants; and Redding, Californina where the new world famous Sundial Bridge and Sacramento River hiking trail are located. We are in our 50's, (non-smokers) and have recently retired. We are ready to travel and explore new places. We have had several great home exchanges. We love to travel, camp, go boating, explore, and enjoy God's beautiful creation!
