Private Villa set on 2 levels, 3 beds 2 bath, 1 ensuite 1 family bathroom, 3 double bedrooms 2 with double beds & 1 with 2 single beds, all bedrooms have large wardrooms, access to pool from master bedroom. lounge/diner, fitted kitchen, small utility room, private gardens, private pool, BBQ area, shady area, private drive with large lockable gate.
sky t.v. d.v.d. player c.d player. aircon in lounge & master bedroom. log fire in lounge (for those chilly evenings) fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, ceiling fans in all rooms. nice views to village.

Quartier

5 min walk to village through orange & lemon groves to those small Spanish thirst quenching bars & tasty restaurants, there are also a number of banks & small shops for the esentials in life, also a doctor in the village. market day is Saturday. there are a number of exercise machines for the fit & healthy & walks along the rambla (dry river bed) there is a large English community in the area. the town of Albox is a 5 min drive away to supermarkets etc.

À propos de nous

We are a retired couple who have enjoyed living in the area for the last 5 years. our hobbies are sea fishing, cooking, travelling, (we have a caravan sited in the south of France)
we have been known to host the odd quiz night with our many friends in the area.
our children & grandchildren live & work in the UK & we visit at least once a year, sometimes driving through Spain, France, & the channel tunnel.

Destination

the dates are flexible, we do not want to stay in a city.
all exchangees must be prepared to look after the family cat.
