Our house is new in a new neighbourhood. It has all the commodities including a washer / dryer, high speed internet, dishwasher, 3 bedrooms and office. We have been swapping since 2003 and always had very good experiences. I am a university Spanish professor and my wife is a developing agent for a well known non-profit organisation in Montreal. We are extremely respectful people. Only the 2 of us exchange but there is no problem to swap with families with young or older children. The house is large enough for 6 people. We invite you to visit our beautiful country. We also exchange the car. We have a 1995 Mazda 626 at your disposal. We prefer to exchange the car and the house. We do not mind exchanging with somebody who has a small appartment as long as there is a bed and a kitchen.

Quartier

Our neighbourhood is a family orientated neighbourhood. We are close to all services, shopping center, highway, grocery store. No traffic only local. Drummondville is a small city close to the major ones like Montreal and Quebec City. The neighbors are friendly and helpful.

À propos de nous

We are a couple with two children, a 20 year old aon and a 18 year old daughter. Our son studies Engineering at the University of Ottawa an d our daughter is in Italy to learn Italian. Our house is beautifully located between Montreal and Québec City in the city of Drummondville, Canada. We are 1 1/2 hours by car, to the American border. It is a 5-hour drive to Boston and a 7-hour drive to New York. It is a safe city and a good starting point to visit the province and New England.

We're flexible on the length of stay and on car exchange.
