The villa which is 5 years old has three bedrooms, two lounges, dining room, two bathrooms and kitchen. All modern conveniences (dishwasher, cooker, hob, washing machine) Landscaped and neat garden with pool and patios. Built on a hillside the views from the garden, patios and pool are fantastic. A small (SMART) car may also be included in the exchange if required.

Quartier

The Jalon Valley about one hour from both Alicante and Valencia. The valley supports mostly vines, almond and olive trees and has a thriving market town, Jalon in it's midst. Jalon is 20 minutes inland from the coastal towns of Calpe, Moraira and Javea on the Costa Blanca. There are more than 10 restaurants within 10 minutes drive and numerous scenic valleys close by. The area is dotted with many small picturesque villages, and the more up-market Cost Blanca towns are within 20 minutes drive. These towns provide more sophistication and noise! There are 3 golf clubs within 15 minutes drive. Here you have the choice of either the quiet valleys or the hustle and bustle of seaside towns just 15 minutes away.

Both of us are English and retired. Most of our working life was spent living abroad in the Middle East and Asia.
We are keen walkers and enjoy golf and bowls. Our main hobby is travel and we we enjoy many trips in our motorhome within Europe. Our most exciting triptodate being to Croatia. We are also members of our local Wine Appreciation Club.
