This 30sqm / 330sqft studio is located on the 3rd floor of a residential building with lift and secured access. This very bright studio is charmingly decorated, elegant and well designed. It's very quiet even though the area nearby is lively: restaurants, museums, bars and public transport.
The entrance (furnished with a practical cupboard with drawers) leads to the living room/bedroom - furnished with a 160cm / 63in large convertible sofa, very comfortable for 2 people, a big writing desk and a dinner table - and the toilet / bathroom supplied with a large shower and a handy bathroom cabinet. There is a fully equipped (microwave, fridge, electrical cooking plates) independent kitchen.
The studio has been recently renovated and you will find also a television set and many nice books...

Quartier

The Pompidou Center is just around the corner and within walking distance; you can easily reach the Louvre, Châtelet, the Hôtel de Ville and Seine River with all its bars, restaurants and the large underground shopping center of Les Halles with the main Metro and RER lines. The Picasso and Carnavalet museums are at a few minutes walk.
You will find all sorts of shops and services in the neighborhood. There are plenty of fish shops, green grocers, a launderette, restaurants and cafés, swimming pool, movies, gym center wine shop etc...

À propos de nous

Former University teacher and Director of Italian Cultural Center of Izmir (Turkey), I am now retired; I paint and share my life with a French professional painter. We live in French Brittany and also in Paris in this nice studio.
I speak French, Italian, English and Turkish.

Destination

We are very flexible.
It is not necessary that the exchange will be simultaneus.
