Maison

Small holiday house with practically own beach (personally arranged)in front of the door. Located in between Kotor old fortified town and Perast medieval city , in Boka Kotorska bay, Montenegro. Surrounding area provide various excursions possibility within 100 km distance. Mountaineering , Boat excursions , Monastery visits(Ostrog ), Lake of Skadar , St.Stefan etc. 60 percent of the Montenegro heritage is located in the area. Dubrovnik is around 80 km remote! Excellent restaurants with stunning view nearby. Airport of Tivat 10 km remote. Village of Orahovac , where the house is situated, is primarily vacation and holiday destination , South oriented. Allot of the old houses are owned by foreigners (English, Irish, Russians)!

Quartier

Village is very peaceful out of the season. Possibility of miles of coastal walking directions . Clean sea water (mountain river is pouring from the rock during the rainy season ) is providing the possibility of swimming and fishing. Public transportation can bring you to all neighbouring medieval cities within half of the hour. Views of the bay and the sea are stunning throughout all the seasons.

À propos de nous

My wife and I both have university degree and we are in the early fifty's. We speak English , Polish and German! The exchange possibility includes only us and eventually our two daughters ( 23 and 20).

Destination

The dates are flexible. Exchange can be non-simultaneous . No special preferences other than Europe!.
