Maison

Our house is a 200 year old former convent in a pedestrian street located in the heart of a traditional washed village of Andalusia.

On 2 floors, there is about 275 sqm built around a typical courtyard with a lemon tree and a splash pool.

The house is child friendly (with everything you can imagine for young children), rather charming (oak beams, original terra cota floors, chimneys) and spacious (3 bedrooms, study with ADSL internet, 2 loundges, 2 bathrooms, terraces).

Stik is also a keen musician, so we have a baby grand piano in the house, two doble dass and a drum kit !

Quartier

A white washed village called JIMENA DE LA FRONTERA, located in the heart of a National Park, 20 mn from the beach (Sotogrande).

The village is crowned by the ruins of an old arabic fort.

A beautiful river passing at the foot of the village is ideal for bathing in unspoilt surroundings. Horse riding and trekking are our main activities on week end.

Hello !

We are en English /French family of 4 living in Andalucia, South Spain. Stik, 43, is an English Osteopath and I am Christine, the busy Mum of our well travelled and well beheaved twins Sam and Sid (3 years old in the summer 2007).

We would love to receive offers from family with young children, to exchange toys, car seats, and baby sitters.

We don t smoke, we have been swapping houses for the last 10 years (11 happy swaps) and that we would take care of your house as ours.

Destination

We are looking for a swap

- in Singapore for 3 nights (you could obviously stay longer at our place), somewhere

- in Thailand between the 25th of March to the 4th of April.

- in Spain, around Valencia, or Terouel area, for one week from the 20 th of July.
