Finished in October of 2007, this freestanding home is absolutely beautiful. The club house and resort style pool will be finished in March of 2008. Ft Myers beach is only 15 -20 minutes away. World Class fishing, golf, and shopping are all within 30 minutes. The house comes with a black Cadillac Escalade to use while you are here. Gulf Coast Towne Center is only 7 miles directly South and just opened over 1.8 million square feet of resort style shopping area. The Everblades hockey team can be seen just 9 miles to the south at the Germain arena where they have public ice skating everyday of the week. Florida Gulf Coast University is 7 miles to the South.
It is a 3 bedroom house but, up to 7 people can sleep in it. A king size bed in the master bedroom with two single beds on either side, a single bed in bedroom 2, and a queen size bed in bedroom 3. It has a 2 car garage and back patio with a pond view. Roman tub in the master bath with stand up shower seperate. Full guest bath and a half bath down stairs. Tile roof, brick paver driveway and palm trees make this home very tropical.

This neighborhood is very beautiful. It has a gatehouse with multiple waterfalls at the entrance and the entry is lined with tropical foliage/palm trees. The club house will have tennis and basketball courts, a childrens theatre, club room and water park.
Ft Myers lies in the sub tropical climate region of South Florida which allows year round swimming, boating, and golf. The community is about 2 square miles in size but, the home is only about 900 feet away from the club house and entrance to the community. Even though this community is geared for young families it is still very quiet.

I am 38 years old and my wife is 30. We have 3 children. Brittany is 16, jonathan is 4 and Justin 2.5 years old. I included our pics so you can see who we are. We love to travel alot and visit new areas. I am a realtor and licensed in the state of florida so, if you really really like the community I can help you find the best price. As your agent I could protect your interests not the sellers. This is our homestead(primary home).

Destination

I am looking for a cabin in the mountains preferably in the Southeast near ski resorts but, any other mountain area in U.S.A will be considered. The size of the swap is not important to us just as long as it can accomadate the 5 of us. Even a 2 bedroom could work. We would need a car if we have to fly there but, if it is in the South Eastern U.S. we would probably drive our own car. The East coast of Florida is also an option for us.
