Maison

Two bedroom, two and half bath, two story 1200 square foot townhome that is centrally located in the Reno/Tahoe area. Both bedroom are upstairs and living room, kitchen and laundry are downstairs. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and there is a half bath downstairs. Brand new stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, and beautiful entertainment system in the living room, with flat screen, stereo, etc. New flooring throughout wood laminate downstairs and carpet upstairs. Wood burning fireplace. Central air conditioning and heat. Washer and dryer downstairs.

Modern appeal throughout the home. Master bedroom has a king size bed, with a walk-in closet and massage chair.

Small outdoor patio, with gas BBQ. Beautiful grounds, and all maintenance taken care of by complex. Access to 2 adult mountain bikes and camping equipment. Choice of cars: honda or subaru.

Outdoor pool (may-oct.), hot tub (indoor), sauna and gym access during all months of the year.

Wireless internet access throughout the house. Premium cable
service, with TiVo, we basically have every channel available for sports, movies, etc!

This is a gated community with security throughout the complex. Covered parking.

Quartier

Our home is located very centrally between the City of Reno and Sparks, Nevada. It is a 5 minute drive to downtown Reno, 40 minute drive to Lake Tahoe, 2 hour drive to Sacramento, Ca, 3 hour drive to San Francisco bay area (45 minutes by plane), and 8 hour drive to Las Vegas (1.5 hours by plane). 10 min. drive away from Reno/Tahoe International airport.

Walk to bus line, shopping and parks. The University of Nevada, Reno is 15 minutes away. Lawlor Events Center, Downtown Reno Events Center, and Livestock Events center are all within a 10 minute drive. All places have a variety of events, from concerts to rodeos.

There are a variety of parks very close by- 10 min. Rancho San Rafael park is a local favorite, very large with an arboretium, bike paths, ponds, dog park, etc. Sparks Marina is a man-made lake that has a beach, sailing, wind surfing, shops, restaurants and bike/walk path. Wingfield Park downtown is in the heart of the Reno's whitewater park, that has concerts all summer long with swimming and kayaking fun!

My boyfriend and myself are both 29 years old student/professionals that are looking to travel to Europe when we graduate this coming up May. I am an environmental scientist and he is health ecologist.

We love outdoors, but also city life. We love to go to the movies!

My boyfriend is fluent in Spanish and can understand Italian fairly well. I have studied both Italian and Spanish, basic proficiency.

Destination

We would prefer to travel around the end of May, but we are still very flexible.

Winter Break is Dec. 20-Jan. 22, so we are open to this time too. This is our peak skiing season!

Our Spring Break is March 20-30th, 2008, so somewhere warm would be great during that time!
