The flat is a very romantic corner on the third floor of a nintheen century building in the middle of the historic center of Udine. It was nicely refurbished in 2006 and never used since then. The flat is made up of 1 bedroom with a large and confortable double bed, a cosy kitchen, a small sitting room and a bathroom (with a shower). In the sitting room there is a TV and a VCR.

Quartier

From the flat you can reach all the historic sights of the town, the castle, the herbs square, various cathedrals and the numerous wine bars and little locandas where you can taste the superb food of the area. Udine is right in the middle of the wine region (with over 50 vinaries) and close to San Daniele, famous worldwide for the prosciutto. Moreover, if you come in the winter, you can take the train to Tarvisio and several other sky resorst on the Alps (less than 1 hour). If you come in the summer, you can take the bus to Lignano or Grado, two of the most beautiful see side resorts on the Adriatic sea. Trieste and Slovenia are some 50 km away and Austria is round the corner.

My name is Francesca and I am 34. I am a professor in Human resource management at the University of Udine. My husband, Matteo, has recently started his own company in the ICT sector.
