Maison

Comfortable 4 bed house recently renovated, with a large kitchen, office, 2 family rooms, sunroom, and beautiful balcony overlooking our tropical garden and with sea views. A great spot for breakfast, lunch or an evening drink.
Situated in a quite suburban street, but only 200 metres to shops and bus stop into Sydney, 300 metres from the beach.

Quartier

Collaroy is a family oriented suburb with its famous beach and sea-pool, yet is just a short trip away from Manly and Sydney centre. There is a bus stop at the end of the road, and shops and a cinema around the corner. Or hop in the car to visit a dozen fabulous places within 1/2 hr drive.

À propos de nous

We are of English origin, and emigrated here 10 years ago. Phil works as a manager in IT, Marion is a loving nan to our grandchild.
We have a daughter who lives locally with her family, and a son and daughter in the UK. We hope their families will visit us whilst in Italy.

Destination

We are looking for somewhere that we can relax and enjoy Italy, and large enough that our children can visit and stay over - 3 bed minimum; ideally 4 bed similar to our home.
