Maison

We have a large floor-through apartment on the third floor of an old walk up brownstone. We live on a secret street that's seasonally decorated by the neighbors. Our home is fully furnished and has a fully functional kitchen and a bathtub, which is pretty good for NYC.


Quartier

One block from the subway, fabulous restaurants and bars and one subway stop from Manhattan. We live on a quiet block that's a five minute walk to one of the best views of Manhattan, looking at it from the east river. Very up and coming neighborhood.

We are a fun couple in our mid 30's. We've been together for 14 years. No kids. We work in the theater, he's a special effects designer and she's an arts manager. We spend most of our time going out to the movies, dinner, performances and meeting up with friends. Both of us are from NY and love to travel. We have two charming cats who spend most of their time sleeping.

Destination

We are going to a Thanksgiving party in the Berkshires and looking for someone who wants to swap homes for the Thanksgiving weekend. We're going to Beckett, MA.
