The apartment is in a great location to explore the city. It is only few steps away from the Leaning Tower and all services are within very short walking distance (supermarket, train station, bus station to central station and airport, restaurants, pharmacy, bank, etc.).

The apartment is perfect for people who wish to visit Tuscany without a car. Pisa is very walkable and it is a major transportation hub to the most popular sights in the area. Lucca, Florence, Rome, Cinque Terre are all on the same railway line. Siena can be reached by bus or train too.

Spas nearby, as well as the beach, golf courses, park, museums, and much more.

We are a young couple who has recently discovered home exchanges. We have already swapped twice (Whistler - Canada and Gothenburg Sweden) and we can provide references. I am a University teacher and my boyfriend is a free lance webdeveloper. We are non-smoker. We are interested in swapping in Europe, North America, Australia and New Zealand. Possibly Japan and South Africa too. We are mostly interested in week-end getaways in Erope though, in destinations that are easy to reach with one of the many airlines flying to and from Pisa. The apartment is a holiday home so we can have non-simultaneous exchanges. And do not absolutely need an equal amount of days for every exchange: we are willing to give our apt for 1 week even in exchange of a simultaneous 4 night stay. Open to offers.

Destination

It can be a non-simultaneous exchange. We prefer Europe and NorthAmerica but are open to Australia and New Zealand. Japan would be interesting too. Unfortunately we do not have much time for traveling so we are mostly interested in short get-aways in Europe.
