My apartment is in an historical building in the heart of Florence. The apartment is located in the old center of Florence, we have equipped with charming, we choose any accessories made by Italian style.
The apartment is very bright and spacious, about 110 square meters. Is composed by: two bedrooms with a king size bed. Two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the second bathroom with a very spacious shower and Jacuzzi. The kitchen is very large and comfortable, fully equipped. You can find all electrical accessories (such as Air Conditioning, washing machine, TV color, hi-fi stereo with CD player, microwave oven, toaster, hairdryer etc).
A huge living room with an ancient large fireplace, another living room with TV and studio room with laptop and wireless system.
The floors are covered with cotto tiles and the walls are painted in a delicate color to give an warm and comfortable atmosphere. Modern paintings and prints of ancient Florence hang on the walls.
The roof is covered by wood.
Outside you can relax in the stone patio in front of a well, you can bake your own bread or pizza in the traditional stone oven, or take sun in a comfortable chair-
The apartment was completely gutted and renovated just a few years ago .
The apartment that we offering is a second home therefore, the exchange does not need to be simultaneous.

Quartier

The apartment is located in the historical heart of Florence. It is a quaint and historic area, with many artisan shops scattered throughout the small streets. The quarter is a popular tourist area, filled with restaurants serving delicious Tuscan food, many interesting shops, and several important artistic works. In fact, most of the Florentine sites and museums, such as Ponte Vecchio, the Uffizi and the Duomo, are within easy walking distance.
10 minutes away from S. Maria Novella train station. 2 minutes from bus station.

We are a couple of 35’ years old. I, Giuliana, I am a dentist and my husband is an architect. We usually travel a lot, due to also my husband work. We have no pets. We speak English and French. We are excite to see new places, meet different people and new culture. We are open to any destination and any time.
